Great news arrived today that £3 million of funding for Phase Two of the Cnoc Soilleir project has been secured. Respect to the team that has made this happen and all their hard work over the months and years to get to this point. Here are a few images from site today.
By it's nature a construction site never stands still. Each time I visit site, the build progresses. Regardless of the weather, the MacInnes Bros team push forward. From my perspective, I am acutely aware that most of the structural details that I have been photographing in the first stages of the build will be covered up, some sooner rather than later. The wonderful colours and tones of the steelwork that I have been able to share here are undergoing a significant change
The latest batch of images from Cnoc Soilleir. Moving closer to getting watertight. A lot of the structural work will soon be hidden from view for good. There is some light left in the roof space, but not much.
