Once printed, images rest in the air of South Uist for 24-48 hours before being checked and packed.
Refunds are only offered if the print is damaged on arrival and reported no later than 14 days after delivery.
Shipping uses tracked 48 service from Royal Mail.
A4 prints are be sent flat. All larger prints are rolled and sent in a purpose made postal tubes wherever possible.
