Since 2018 I have been taking photographs of the shores of the Outer Hebrides.
Through replication of technique and processing I allow the character of the place to reveal itself rather than have the image being a direct product of the photographer.
A selection from this project formed an exhibition 'Twelve Stripes' at Talla na Mara on the Isle of Harris in 2020 followed by a larger selection 'Cladach | Shore' at the same venue in 2023.
