My triptych 'Solas: Kirkibost' is part of a Uist Arts Association Summer Exhibition at Taigh Chearsabhagh in North Uist from today. The works have been hung in the gallery space, but for the moment it can only be seen as a virtual exhibition - fingers crossed that we'll be able to go and see all the work between now and August the 8th.
The exhibition theme is of Scottish Coast and Waters. This triptych is part of an ongoing series of photographs of light on local bodies of water. Taken during lockdown, these images are representative of necessary moments of stillness shared with the ocean.
